LIFETIME PROVIDERS
This is when an insurer covers an illness/injury for the whole of the pet's life. If a dog develops a chronic condition such as diabetes, epilepsy or arthritis then the insurer will pay claims up to an annual limit each and every year without excluding the condition.
Point to note! Some insurers may state that they offer lifetime cover, but they may exclude a condition after 12 months or when the money limit has been reached, whilst continuing to cover a dog for other ailments.
